Strength with Science came together through the passion of friends wanting to bring the science of strength training into the world of physiotherapy. Since then it has grown to have other focuses but at our heart is good evidence based training by top of their field trainers.
Denis is the owner and Director of Strength with Science and also the physiotherapy company The Mobile Physio since the company started 15 years ago. He has a significant amount of experience including working as Deputy Director of Therapies at the world renowned Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. Denis has provided physiotherapy and educational services to Big Brother, Lets Dance for Comic Relief and The Royal Albert Hall to name a few.
Denis also currently works as a Director in the NHS for a large London Trust.
